Easter at Hartland, North Devon

Calling out for the coach hounds…

Mother Nature returns from the framer’s…

The iron tree – growing out from machinery…

Bright white, coming alive, jumping off the aerial…

Last quote is lyric from Kate Bush’s ‘Nocturn’.

Love the b&w photos, and I know this area too.

I’ve been told the rust was the best bit about the tree and the old plough so probably should have stayed in colour for that one! Great you liked them.

I love your blending of words and photos – and a dash of Kate Bush too! Such an apt and atmospheric mix of special ingredients!

Lots of Katish inspiration on the coast after Sea of Honey of course!
